“It was a cute spot to be at, especially if you’re traveling with your significant other. And family as well. It was nice and cozy. The room was very well organized and homey.”

“King Room had a horrible whistling noise. Asked to switch rooms but no other room. Asked for a smaller room instead and ended up with the economy room and no discount was even offered. Took close to 45 minutes to get this taken care of and get into the new room. New room was very dirty. Asked for the manager to call the next day and never heard from them. Nothing was offered for the issues we have had nor have we heard from them.”

“It room was clean. The grounds was very well kept. The staff was always friendly happy to help. Room was stocked with the amenities needed. The cleaning lady was always willing to swap out our old towels for clean ones. The proximity to the tiki bar and pier was a definite plus. The fun was right at hand we had a great time. Hope to do it again soon.”

“Clean room, friendly staff. Great ocean views, especially fun for storm watching if one happens to roll through. Walking distance to great bars and restaurants at Kure Beach, less than a 30-minute drive into downtown Wilmington. Would stay here again!”

“Our room was very clean, stocked nice with towels, the room had HBO, it was a great location, the breakfast selection was great. Would definitely stay again, loved it. It was just my husband and I with our baby and the room was perfect. The shower and bathroom was nice and clean and stocked. I felt like the lobby and breakfast area was also clean and tidy. Plenty of parking spaces. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“Newly renamed Best Western with new Hilton signs and coat of white paint. Lipstick on a Hotel. Staff was extremely friendly. Did not like the openness of entryways for non guests. DoorDash was let through directly to room at midnight. Instructions were to leave in lobby for safety reason.”
