"My second stay but big disappointment the pool and hot tub wasn’t available for hotel guests this is the second time for me last year same thing happened they closed the spa area there was only pool opened, our room didn’t have any coffee cups no wine glass no any other glass wear, the bathroom need some attention leaking sink and we found many ants in the room "

"The Journey is always pleasant. Only issue I have regards buisness travelers....no desk in the rooms."

"When I went to the property it was not shoveled. A challenge to get to the room. I enjoyed the room with minor things that could change. "

"An absolute gem. Came for a quiet getaway and the perfect storm of calmness. Will is a wonderful host, making sure I was welll taken care of and focusing on every detail. He made sure I was able to check in and reach him during a winter storm and was readily available. The place is wonderful and filled with lots of fireplaces and room amenities that feel spa like and warm. Best night sleep I’ve had in a cloud of pillows and bed, in such a long time. Thank you so much for a wonderful time. "

"The room was big, and private. Didnt even have to speak with someone to check in or out so that was nice. But I wasn't sure if the sheets werereally changed cause i saw some hairs so that made me uncomfortable. The bathtub was an out of service jacuzzi, which you cant use. Not that i wanted to. But the draw back was i literally had to put my whole body on the counter to get in and out of the shower. A stepping stole wouldve been great. Im 5"2 so it was basically a mountain/hazard getting in and out. My bf is 5"10-6" and he also struggled. I didnt expect a full mini fridge but at least a bottle of water would have been nice. There are vending machines with soda and some chips etc. But no water. It there was water and a stepping stole in the bathroom I'd say its a 4/5."
