Hello Mrs. Sautkulis, We are sorry that your experience wasn’t up to par. We pride ourselves in giving our guests a home away from home. When I called you, as I call all my guests before check in, your immediate response was “what do you want” and hung up on me. I called again and left a message explaining that I was calling to instruct you on how to arrive in case your GPS couldn’t find our parking lot and to instruct you on how to get to your room because you arrived prior to check in time which is at 3pm. I kindly accommodated your early arrival and told you if you needed anything to give me a call, which I never received for any request for help. During breakfast I asked all of our guests including yourself to please let me know if there was any housekeeping services needed to which you replied “no thank you”. Later that evening you requested fresh towels which I then brought up to your room. Hoping you have a safe trip back home.

Good morning, It’s unfortunate that after we spoke twice over the phone about our breakfast policy time from 8-to 9 am you came at 10:30 and we explain that the person that serve breakfast left. However, we gave you coffee, water and 3 hours complementary late check out.
