“We had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Hotel overall. The property is new and well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Mr. Hashem and Mrs. Nasiba Yaacoub for their outstanding hospitality. However, we would like to highlight that the cleanliness did not fully meet our expectations, as we experienced some issues with the cleaning service during our stay. Trsd 2 horas de conversaciones con hoteles.com y el hotel, Tuvimos que aceptar por que ya eran las 2am. Nuestra reserva estaba realalizada 1 mes antes. After 12 hours of traveling my partner and I arrived at this hotel and immediately felt uncomfortable due to the camel & horse droppings smell but we figured it’s a part of the experience. We did our booking on Expedia so upon arrival I gave them our itinerary number and information to confirm that we had a booking and this is where things get..uncomfortable. The man at the front desk says to us that since we booked on Expedia and they “no longer work with Expedia”……
