I’m a little confused maybe you made a mistake with your stars there was salt there To use as needed in fact I was there during your stay and met you both gave you new batteries for the remote the tv was just fine the internet was working great except for the 20 min when I told you I was running to get a part to make sure our exterior lights and stuff come on at night so it was unplugged for just a bit there is plenty of space to walk a dog around back and we even allowed you to have your pet which was larger than our policy not to mention you let your dog track mud all over inside but I still have you a decent review so I’m not sure why we got 2 stars unless it was simply a mistake parking lots won’t be perfect in winter weather it’s to be expected in the area and to use caution when walking and traveling you even left a note with ice cream in the freezer, saying to enjoy it and thank you for letting us stay in your nice property

Thank you for your review however I assure you we take pride in the cleanliness of our properties and will make sure our cleaning crew is aware of your response Ive personally stayed In This unit a couple weeks before you and it was clean and no smells the air fresheners are not there to mask any odors and your the first to ever make a statement of a smell which we will look into as well the stove is run on propane perhaps that’s what you were smelling if you used the stove and oven
