You can expect a charming holiday home on the Baltic Sea on the magical island of Rügen, which catches the sun all day long at the edge of the holiday village. Not only does a huge terrace make breakfast and all other occasions a wellness experience, but also a beautiful green view will sweeten your vacation. The house extends over 2 floors (ground floor / upper floor) and is bright, allergy-friendly, quiet, comfortably furnished and offers space for everyone (1-4 people, max. 6 people).

The ground floor has a spacious living / dining area with exit to the sun terrace, modern kitchenette (2017), guest toilet and the possibility of converting the cozy lounge corner (2017) with its sleeping function into two additional sleeping places. Garden furniture to relax is also available for that holiday feeling.

Upstairs are the bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom / children's room with two single beds (can be put together) and the bathroom with window and bathtub with shower partition.

The new stylish kitchen unit (2017) has a window, ceramic hob with ventilated hood, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave with baking function, refrigerator with small freezer compartment and sufficient dishes for eating and cooking and. V. M.

High quality Italian terracotta floor, cable TV / radio, music system, books, music CDs / DVDs, WiFi, large built-in cupboards for lots of luggage and storage space, as well as e.g. B. the free equipment for toddlers (with prior registration, among other things.
