"Reception charges £20 for an early check in Even when the room was ready Terrible customer service"

"The hotel was ok. The staff were lovely. There was a piece of rubbish under the chair in our room and a sticky coffee cup mark on the unit by the bed and we had to get out key card reset twice as it stopped working. These things wouldn’t put us off from staying there again as the overall experience was ok. "

"Room was very basic was traveling with family so we asked to check in early charged us £30 but our daughter who travelled with us room was already ready when she arrived for them but we got charged which I wasn't happy with. Hotel rooms were very basic, hitel reception area was nice the bar staff were very slow and even forgot at coffer we had asked for at one point had to ask again didn't get breakfast but had a breakfast sandwich from bar before was left was nice. Would stay again but need to upgrade rooms and needs a bit of tlc."

"Breakfast menu was ok. Parking seemed to be secure. It's really good value for the money. Bar is limited on the draught beer, mostly just bottled."

"Awful rooms which were not clean, breakfast not great. Staff were lovely though. Had 4 nights booked. Checked out after 1 night & got alternative accommodation. "

"Room was clean, shower stall could have used a little extra attention but it was still acceptably clean. Definitely appreciated my stay, the ease of check in, and the space itself!"

"Room didn’t have bedside lighting which meant having find main switch at night. A bit inconvenient. Also no hairdryer on room."

"Our room was , fresh and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of fluffy towels a large flat screen t.v. iron, ironing board etc.tea and coffee and bottled water.Also considering that there is a very busy pub right next door to the building were our room was, it was very quiet and we had a peaceful, comfortable nights sleep. If there was a downside I would say, the internet was not the best speed and maybe some snack packs of biscuits could have been provided for the room price charged, but overall, we were pleased and will stay their again for sure."
