Staff were great, all so friendly and helpful. Hotel clean with a good breakfast. Great added bonus of a pool with jacuzzi saunas and steam room. Marked a star down as the bed was rather hard but this is personal preference. Would happily return for another stay. Great base for visiting the zoo

This property is dated but nice. The staff was lovely and helpful at every turn. Our room was comfortable except the telephone, air conditioning and hair dryer did not work. The staff assured me they would attend to the concerns before the room was let again. At the end of the day our stay was comfortable and I recommend it.
