Staff was okay. The best wait staff was Hemanth. 10 stars! Above and beyond in service! Said margarita would be waiting for us when we arrived and we had to ask for it. No one really went the extra mile except Hemanth!

Let me start by saying the little room was ok but for 2 peolpe not really, there was way too much lighting for that little space, for instance the bright spot light outside the room at night kept us woke, we had to put towels over the door to block out some of the light which didn't help that much ...

Great little room, cozy, clean, and perfect for Key West. There’s an AC unit that works great and a couple of fans for the hot nights. Very comfortable accommodations. Quiet. Rarely could we feel the boathouse rocking in the water. Remember that this is a working marina - fish smell is subtle, watch for fish being cleaned and thrown as you walk along the dock. Good value for the price.
