The Königspark and the house with our flat are located in the middle of the Wachwitzer Höhenpark, a magnificent beech forest. Above the rooftops of Dresden, you have an unrivalled view of the city of Dresden, the Ore Mountains, Saxon Switzerland, the Czech Republic and, of course, the River Elbe from the flat and the spacious balcony. A rhododendron park lies at your feet and the vineyard is being replanted. The house is a listed building. Lots of information and suggestions for your holiday (also for small and big children) can be found on our website which you can easily find under the name of the holiday flat Nature and Art.

    You have an unobstructed, unique view and nature grows almost up to your balcony, so to speak. The communal garden is planted with more than 120-year-old rhododendrons (which are also listed). Protected oak and beech trees surround the house. The Wachwitzer Höhenpark is a marvellous, protected beech forest that invites you to hike and offers numerous spectacular views of the Elbe landscape. There is a children's playground next to the house. The access road is for residents only, so it is very quiet.

The flat is located between Pillnitz Castle and the centre of Dresden. You can go hiking on the painter-poet-musician trail right outside the front door.
