Fishing, Kayaks, Paddleboards awaiting just a short walk down a gravel path to the riverfront. Charming and private home on larger acreage with long views of farmland and private waterfront. Minutes from the Maine coastline / Wiscasset village / Boothbay harbor / Bath Maritime Museum / Reid State Park / Popham Beach / restaurants / antiquing / galleries / beaches. 3 bedrooms each with queen bed and one with additional double futon. Two full baths, air conditioning, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, small hot tub, linens, towels.
