“The hotel itself was quite nice and boasted an excellent location, right next to the highlights of the old town. The room was also very spacious and well-equipped. However, the best part of the hotel - the sauna - was not properly communicated to me during check-in, which I only discovered on my last night, much to my disappointment. I feel that the hotel should provide better information to visitors about the amenities and facilities they offer. Had I known about the sauna earlier, I could have……

“Family room only one WC and shower room in the main bedroom. that is not convenient. others are good”

“Free mini bar”

“My room is clean and decent. The hotel staff was very friendly and provided helpful information. Very pleasant stay!”

“Very good breakfast. Plenty of items to take”

“The hotel rooms are very very worn out and old, no service by the hotel staff at all. Make note there is no luggage assistance so when you travel with many luggages or with elderlies, do not stay here.”

“好”

“Not the most spacious room but there are some good designs. Convenient location. Recommended.”
