“The location was perfect. Our condo was on a golf course. I would have my morning coffee on the deck overlooking the green. Short ride to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. “This house was PERFECT for all of us. We had an age range from 5-75. There was plenty of room and space for everyone to break away if needed. The pool was a great size for all of the kids to play. Walk to beach wasn't bad and where you access the beach was not crowded AT ALL (which could have also been the timing of our stay). It was like we had a private beach. We will definitely be back to stay in this house the next time visiting HHI!”

“Everything was great at this place, great views straight at the ocean, high enough to see the surf and easily walked up to when we didn’t want to do the elevator. Very comfortable bed and chairs, lots of beach equipment and great tv/sound. Rented bikes on site which worked great and the location was center to other things we wanted to do on the island. Would definitely recommend to others.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here for the weekend to watch the Heritage golf tournament! The view from the condo is beautiful, and the boardwalk to Coco’s and the beach is an awesome added benefit! All questions were answered promptly by the host which was much appreciated. This condo was about a 15 minute drive to the restaurants we had on our list and to Sea Pines. The elevator to the building was broken, which is not this property owner’s fault, but caused inconvenient wait times at the other……

“We stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed ourselves! The condo was clean and had everything we needed (even some board games). The short walk to the beach was nice and we saw 2 alligators! The only downside of our stay was that the hot tub was closed the entire last day we were there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a family!”

“This is the second time we stayed in this room as a family. Clean, stocked, and ready for arrival. It has as good of a view of the marsh and beach as you're going to get on HHI without renting a home. Pool, bar, boardwalk are all fantastic. I say its not a resort because it is an HOA. Each room is owned and managed by the Owner themselves, not the property manager. There are designated smoking areas that are not required to be used. The room next to us was smoking pot. The property managers……
