“The garage conversion to a casita is pretty good, the reason we are rating it average is the lack of privacy. The blinds, if you can call them that, offer no privacy. There are no curtains or any other type of blind to close. You are able to see into theentite sleeping/living area from the street. This also means any lights in the main house illuminate the casita. Simply adding blackout blind or a simple curtain within the boho theme would work. This really is a significant issue as it feels……

“My husband and I greatly enjoyed our 3 night Christmas getaway. The kitchen and bathroomAmenities are very well equipped. Soothing hot tub and relaxing views by the firepit were one of the best ways to enjoy the quiet TX countryside. Would also be plenty of room for 4 if needed. The extra half bath and study cokes in handy for getting ready on the go. Great use of space for all around comfort. ”

“We would not stay at this property again. There were ants everywhere, the toilet chain kept slipping and the water was constantly running and we had to fix it multiple times, the outside wood was rotting, and a picture fell off the wall In the middle of the night. It was a cute theme and when we arrived it did seem clean. But we were 4 guests and there were only 2 towels and 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days. Most upsetting was a contacted the owner and she told me to contact the manager……

“Five stars all around. This little cabin is such a hidden gem—you’d never know you were in the middle of Austin. It was quiet, calm, and exactly what I needed after a busy workday. Perfect for a short overnight stay, clean and comfortable, with a super welcoming host who made everything easy. I’m really grateful for the peaceful reset and would absolutely stay again.”

“We had an amazing stay and the location was perfect. Not too remote, but just secluded enough. Close to many attractions, trails, and fun restaurants in the hill country. The patio was where we spent most of our time and loved it. Left feeling recharged and refreshed. However, the view isn’t as visible as the photos as there are some trees blocking the view. Not a big deal but just a heads up! We loved the deer that visited and fed them lots of deer corn. The place had most of what you needed……

“The Flower Child cabin was as described. Communication with the host was excellent, and the video showing how to use specific features was very helpful. The porch was perfect for long chats and enjoying the beautiful "winter" weather. ”
