Enjoy three guest wings and wheelchair accessibility, including ramp in the pool. Game casita features glass garage doors for a multi-seasonal room with pool table, ping pong, foosball, 2 TVs and a bar area. Pet-friendly with Owner approval. This property is regularly set for 20 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 25 guests. A large group fee may apply. Inquire with our sales team about hosting a large family gathering or corporate retreat onsite. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee of $500 to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit.
No events or outside vendors are permitted that will exceed the capacity of the house without written pre-approval from ABOVE Vacation Residences.
