This is a beautiful cottage on the grounds of our own home, with wonderful views of the Arra hills allowing for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Suitable for families, solo travellers,keen fishermen or groups of friends (not a party house). Approx 2km from our local village of Dromineer and Lough Derg with great amenities. Ideally located 50 minutes from Shannon Airport and 2 hours from Dublin airport.

This 3 bedroom cottage is very peaceful with an open plan living dining area including a turf burning stove. Some access to fuel is provided for guests. All mod cons included.
There is a large master bedroom which includes a small library to relax and unwind by the stove or a board game to get the family together after a fun filled active day on the lake.
The property has 2 bathrooms. Downstairs has a bath to soak those weary bones after a walk along Lough Derg Way. The upstairs bathroom has an electric shower for your convenience.

Outside space is shared with ourselves. However, the cottage comes with its own private patio and garden area. We have 2 dogs, Brody and Nala, Newfoundland's. They are very friendly and well behaved but very large. Please consider this when booking.
