"On arrival, we were not told what breakfast times were or where we could get breakfast. We asked about parking which we had paid extra for in our room to be told it was free at weekends anyway. We had paid for pool access on the room but were not told of where this was or how to access it. As it turns out, the pool and gym are well attended by locals and we barely got a chance to go but a timetable would have been helpful. Food was excellent in the pub and grill as well as at breakfast. We paid for extras in the room such as Nespresso machine, water and sweet treat. We only got one biscuit and upon asking for a refresh after night one, they did not top up the water nor did they top up the sweet treat. Shower was amazing as was the the king size bed. Great location."

"Our room 315 was a big disappointment The Toilet Seat was broken. There were holes in the wall were the Curtain Tie back holders should have been . No CurtainTies were present . Holes on the Bed Base with stuffing coming out The Standard Lamp Shade was broken and cracked all round the top . The Room was a real disappointment to us "

"A very peaceful spot for some RnR. The hosts were a delight and even provided a fabulous Christmas tree which was much appreciated."

"Welcoming for dogs - they provided dog towel and dog blanket as well as dog bowls and rubber mat. Great location and also right beside the bus stop too if you want to catch the bus."
