「Sad but true no hot water for a shower on the night I arrived and also no hot water the next morning at 10 am.」

「Unfortunately the cleanliness of this hotel was terrible. The entire room smelt like animal urine and it was just an awful smell we had to sleep with the windows open. Not only that but when we woke up the next morning there were fleas on us. The beds are infested with fleas. Do not stay here.」

「Very nice place to stay. Staff was very nice; the room was nicely done as far as looks and cleanliness. The shower tub had a lower entry which is great for older adults. Confrontable king size bed. Short walk to downtown Sutter Creek. Safe area for walking. No need to Uber for a ride. It has a gym and a bar. Although we did not check out the bar. 」

「Desk Staff is beyond great. Only advice for them to pay attention to detail. Second visit. Same room 3 months apart. Missing bathroom fan conver. Cracked electrical inlet cover in entry. Seems small but i belive this could be a destination hotel because of location. The restaurant that is next door is also amazing. I was kinda caught off guard by how awesome this place was. BEST STAFF EVER. Food amazing. All said I give a %100 percent score.」

「We were in Room 220. The door was ajar when we got there. The carpet was wet. The light by the door was very dim. I went to turn on the light by the bed and the nob to turn the switch was broken. The other lights in the room was for the bathroom sink and the toilet/tub area. I took the lamp from the bed area to the front desk and asked for another. There were none available. Maintenance came by about 10 minutes later with a lamp for the bedside and he noticed we did not have a desk lamp. He came...
