The Lodge at Flat Rock

10/10 Excellent

"We loved our spacious suite at a reasonable price. Everyone was friendly and the suite was clean, nicely furnished, bed was very comfortable. I think they may have a problem with people smoking although there are signs everywhere prohibiting it, our room and nthe hallways had traces of cigarette smoke. Breakfast items could be improved although it was sufficient. Free fresh coffee served in the lobby am to pm. Very nice stay, comfortable, staff were more than nice and welcoming."

"Loved our stay! The location is perfect. It's a short drive into Brevard or a quick turn to get into Pisgah Forest + local waterfalls. Quiet spot tucked back behind a shopping center up on a hill. Clean, comfortable, and an awesome home base for our family while we explored Brevard and surrounding waterfalls. Recommend!"

"This property is a little older than others in the area. However, the room was absolutely spotless and the sink, shower, toilet and AC all worked perfectly, and have obviously been updated at some point. Amazingly, the bed was super comfy! The hotel was probably 70% occupied but still quiet. Checking in and out took less than five minutes. Both ladies at the front desk were efficient and actually smiled! I highly recommend this hotel."

"The Charleston Inn is absolutely charming! Our room and the Inn were clean. The staff is exceptional. Chastina and Mavia truly know what customer service means! The shops on Main Street were very close, so we parked our car and walked. There are many excellent restaurants too! Our trip to Hendersonville, NC was wonderful!"

"The hotel is conveniently located off of Interstate 26 (but far enough from the highway that you never hear the traffic). It’s ten minutes to downtown Hendersonville, 25-35 minutes to downtown Asheville, and close to the myriad summer camps in the area. I have stayed here a few times when picking up nor dropping off my son for Camp Pinnacle. I like it for its cleanliness, ease of getting to and from, the quality staff, and the reasonable prices."
