“I really wanted to like this property but have several reasons why I wasn't pleased with it overall. I don't believe I was given instructions on how to access the property until I reached out, which took several attempts. The property description does not say that the back of the property has permanent tenants. The description also notes the free parking as a perk in the area but the permanent tenants make that impossible as they park at the bottom of the driveway and make it impossible to park……

“Overall a very nice place in a very nice neighborhood. Minor inconveniences; we weren't able to close the slide door to the smallest bathroom, and; we couldn't get the outside controls to the garage door to work. Everything else was great. Thank you.”

“Prior to arrival, we were at informed of a couple problems that the cleaning crew had noticed to which the owner offered us a full refund and assistance in finding another place close by. Unfortunately, we were already in route and due to one of my children being handicapped, finding another place that was suitable for her in such short time sounded impossible. The owner worked with us and let us stay and instead refunded us a few nights anyways as we weren't able to use the washer or the master……

“Cute place. Beds were comfortable and kitchen fit family good. The two living rooms were nice. House only has 1 tv in the back family room. Bring an iPad if you like to watch tv at bedtime. Could use a new comfy couch in the family room (tv room). Backyard was pretty and could use a little more seating but we enjoyed the flowers and birds. Plenty of fridge space. Maybe some new frying pans as I won’t cook on Teflon, so we only had snacks or takeout at the house. But overall it was a nice little……

“Property was very clean and more spacious than expected. Fully furnished kitchen. Enough towels and linen for a dozen family members. Enjoyed the hot tub. Quiet and private neighborhood. Host was very friendly and warned (apologized) us about a couple minor things that were still being repaired but did not in any way affect our stay nor enjoyment. I highly recommend and would visit again.”

“I hope you are reading this before you booked this home/host. I did not and it did not turn out well. It was a terrible experience and is still going on a month later. We weren't able to stay in this home due to "issues". They did not get us check in information as promised. The replacement place they put us in was 2 bedrooms not 4 with many items missing from the kitchen etc. We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable, and they promised a one night refund, which I still haven't seen……

“Excellent instructions on how to find the place and get in. Decently located for Ubering to destinations. Walking distance to a Target, which was great for groceries. Unit was spacious and well equipped. Fast internet. One of the windows however couldn't be fully closed. Not a big deal because the AC unit was strong enough to keep out the heat.”
