杜华德的公寓

“From the moment we booked this place, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. The host(s) were attentive to everything we needed, and the place was as nice and clean as described. You're close enough to reach the main area but far enough to enjoy some privacy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. It looks like our go-to spot for when we return.”

“Muy bien lugar , limpio y cerca de todo”

“Gustavo was a great host. The property was as described. Perfect walkable location close to restaurants.”

“Convenient location. Roomy. Everything worked well. Parking right across from security. I’d stay again”

“Beautiful apartment, clean and super romantic, very safe neighborhood and has a "colmado" on the next door. The balcony perfect for romantic dinner......include bbq and washer machine. The most beautiful thing is the view of the mountains on the west side, amazing views, also next to the main high way.Definitely, i will come back.”

“Very spacious, tranquile and secured area. Very neat apartment. Just need to place more efficient and stronger A/C's in all rooms and dark curtains in the windows for each bedroom. And add more small towers in the kitchen to dry and clean surfaces, mop on each bathroom. The parking needs to be restrucrured for two car each side. The rest is very good.”

“This condo was amazing .. clean and comfortable , great location , quiet , secure and the staff around the grounds were friendly and helpful .. Francis was great , quick to respond , we will be returning ”

“I have traveled quite a bit, and after staying at this villa, I can honestly say I don’t know why anyone would choose a crowded resort over a place like this. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail of our vacation felt personal, relaxing, and unforgettable. If you’re looking for luxury, privacy, and exceptional hospitality, this is the perfect place. The biggest reason this villa stands out is Veronica. She is, without a doubt, one of the best hosts we have ever had. She……

“Great location. It’s a fourth floor walk up with no elevators so may not be ideal for anyone with accessibility needs. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We are familiar with Moca so it wasn’t difficult to locate. Someone who is not from the area might need to know the property is called Rosedale Residences. I had trouble maintaining the temperature in the shower. It has digital temperature control that would change from very warm down to cold which was not ideal since I was trying……

“Everything was exceptional, very attentive and helpful when anything came up. Thanks ”
