We had a miss-understanding with the taxi driver that took us from the cruise dock. They took it upon themselves to resolve the problem. Every time we came to the lobby they were cheerful and beyond helpful. I would not be afraid to recommend this property to anyone staying in Dubai”

“Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden direkt in ein größeres Zimmer upgegradet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel / sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Beach-Clubs mit Zugang zum Meer, die kostenlos benutzt werden können. Ausserdem gab es einen Shuttle zu den Malls. Leider gab es nur einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein Souvenir-Shop in direkter Umgebung. Aber wenn man das weiß, ist es in Ordnung. Uns hat eine Baustelle direkt vor dem Balkon……
