Hotel is brand new and amazing.. had all amenities and was very clean. Staff was great and provided excellent service specially by housekeeping guy, I forgot her name (person from Nepal). Will definitely stay here again. Worth every penny for the price paid.

The hotel itself is great. Very good price quality. The food at the Urban restaurant (we had breakfast and diner) was delicious. The the employees were very friendly and accommodating. The only downside is the surrounding but Dubaï being Dubaï (not a walking city and a building city) it would be hard for it to be different or better….

I am stayed at Hotel Avalon in JVC and I am highly impressed with the exceptional service. After experiencing a fall, I requested assistance and Ariya from the Security team responded immediately. She was professional, courteous, and attentive providing me with an ice pack, helping to ease my discomfort, and reassuring me throughout. Her support truly reflected the hotel’s commitment to guest care. I would also like to extend my appreciation to the Housekeeping team for maintaining my room to an excellent standard. Overall, the service at Hotel Avalon has been outstanding.i don’t normally give reviews but the hotel was outstanding am really glad I chose this hotel ,Kome was also nice ,receptionist were very helpful

Excellent hotel which seems more a 4 star going towards 5 star instead of the 3 star rating. It’s new so that’s a bonus . Excellent value for money . Need a car to move around or public transport but it’s in a good area . Definitely recommend

Apart from that struggle with Room space, they are not big enough, not enough cupboards. amenities like indoor swimming pool, Sauna etc. are also missing.
