In just 30 minutes, you can be in The Dubai Marina exploring the Marina Mall or relaxing on JBR Beach. Downtown Dubai is only 15 minutes away where you can admire the Burj Khalifa or the dancing Dubai Fountain. The Dubai Mall is also nearby, the largest shopping mall in the world.

This peaceful one bedroom apartment in Dubai Silicon Oasis is the perfect place to relax and unwind on your next trip to Dubai. Decorated in shades of cream and grey with wooden furniture, you will immediately feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you may need to make your meals at home, which you can then enjoy on your dining table that comfortably seats six. The living area features an l-shaped sofa where you can relax after a busy day exploring the city or watch the big screen smart TV. The sofa also converts into a sofa bed. In the bedroom you will find an oversized bed fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft you may land up sleeping in longer than anticipated. There is plenty of wardrobe space and en – suite bathroom. The bathroom features Key Views fluffy towels and luxurious hotel grade amenities leaving you smelling great all day.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however, additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever.

Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay.

If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
