The room was Terrible from all perspectives, the power sockets were not working, the bathroom was dirty, and there was no safe box as mentioned. I don't recommend this hotel at all for anyone. I don't know how this hotel is classified as a 4-star hotel !!

Im just sharing my experience nothing personal this is what i saw i took some pictures i wish i can share them, First if you talk about cleaning 0/10 very dirty bathroom bugs are all over. 2th.when i booked the hotel there was free self parking included in my reservation but once i got there they charged me 30AED per night and showed them the reservation didn’t care. If you have kids or family I recommend you to never say at this hotel there are 3 or 4 bars indain and There are alot to say but I think this should be enough choice is yours, good luck

BAD EXPERIENCE

the hotel is good but the customer service is too bad the dont help customer with bagage the also have a bad police if you want check in before 2 PM you have to pay extra money 40$ and If you received an visit during night you have to pay also 40$ and if you talk to hotel manager he said it the police of the hotel they can do anything.

I didn't get my room for 4days that I ad reserved.i had no frigerater for 4 days.they would not give me an in invoice .terrible. I need a partial refund.

Bon séjour à l'hôtel Dorus

Nous avons tous été content de notre séjour à l'hôtel Dorus , bien situé pour aller découvrir la ville . Transport en commun facilement accessible . Pas trop bruyant malgré la proximité de l'aéroport . Je déconseille les chambres situées à proximité de la boîte de nuit .
