Yes the room was excellent and we got prompt response for all our needs Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of choices. Staff during the breakfast took extra effort to explain and facilitate that we had the Best experience with a special mention of Aicha and Dilhara who always served with a smile. Good hotel. Metro access close by but too hot to walk outside this summer. Useful for winter. Supermarket right opposite the entrance. Mosque in the building opposite. The hotel is nice, the housekeeping team who serviced my room and also did a nice towel art on the bed.

We had a comfortable stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf. The rooms were accommodating and well-maintained; the staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a multitude of options. It is a bit of a distance away from all the tourist points and activities of Dubai but this is exactly what we were wanted. The area surrounding the hotel was busy with street traffic and construction so not the easiest or most convenient to walk around. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if needed.

Average hotel. Good if you are on a tight budge.

The Average / Poor Rooms are not sound proof. People walking or conversing outside the room could be heard till 3 am. Pool water was dirty. Not sure if it is due to construction around the property or lack of maintenance. Restaurant prices have been bumped up 20 to 30 percent and discounts are provided using Zomato and Talabat which is not convenient for tourists. Reception staff didn’t seem very courteous and not cognizant of people around. Example offered us 2 cookies even though we were 3 including a 7 year old child. Pillows and bed are not very comfortable - too soft. The quality of guests the property attracts are substandard due to the low price. The Good Rooms are modern. Toiletries are branded - Crabtree and Evelyn Rooms are spacious Better than 4 star hotels in other countries

Worst stay in Dubai last 15 years

I was expecting a new hotel which it clearly isn't. Lots of damages and windows have mot been cleaned in a very long time... the Burj Khalifa cannot be seen anymore like the picture in the adverisment. The matrasses are super soft and probably too old. No comfort possible. Overall servic and facilities are say below par of a Double Tree

Exceptional Stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Al Jaddaf, Dubai Our family recently enjoyed a fantastic week-long stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Al Jaddaf in Dubai. Traveling from different parts of the world—two sisters from the UK, one from Canada, and our father from Zimbabwe—we were warmly welcomed and felt at home from the moment we arrived. The service throughout the hotel was impeccable, with staff who truly made our stay special. It was evident that the team is a family of individuals from diverse nationalities, working together to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. A special mention goes to Aicha, Ridoy, Bari, Manpreet, and Shristi from the restaurant, who provided excellent service. A heartfelt thank you to Chef Asim, who went above and beyond by preparing oat porridge for our elderly father every single morning with precision, care, and patience. His dedication and kindness did not go unnoticed. We would also like to recognize Vipen from housekeeping for his exceptional attention to detail and kindness. Our rooms were maintained to the highest standards every day. At the front desk, Fatma, Hisham, and Mateb were incredibly helpful and professional, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
