Nice spacious rooms. Front desk was very helpful. Services are really good. Close to the airport and other areas. The only complain I have is that they charge extra tourism tax on arrival outside of all the taxes and fees paid through Expedia.

This is our favourite place to stay in Dubai. The hotel Is lovely. The Residence (adjacent to the main hotel) is ideal for families. We had a two bedroom apartment which had loads of space for us. Kitchen was ideal and the washing/ drying facilities were really handy. Only negative was the Indian restaurant. The staff are friendly and the setting is great but the food was disappointing especially for the price. Apart from that it was, as usual, a great few days.

The residences are now quite old and due for refurbishment. The hotel grounds and facilities are beautiful and dining options are superb. I'd recommend staying in the hotel until the residences are refurbished.

lovely hotel.

Great hotel. halfway between the airport and downtown. The residence part of the hotel is great value for money. Huge apartments which are cheaper than the rooms in the hotel. There are shops in the lobby for essentials. The only downside is that you cannot walk anywhere from the hotel. you need to drive out of it.

We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Our accommodation was very spacious and ideal for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Our only dissatisfaction with the property was the lack of ramps which made it very difficult moving to various areas with a double pram.

Its huge. Its old fashion decor but the apartment was very clean. The beds were comfy. Metro station is abt 7 mins walking and that takes you to almost all tourist attractions in Dubai.

What i didnt like was there was any walkinh dostmace grocery shopping, we had to order via careem or go by taxi to the shops, the only nearby shop was on ground level where you can buy your essentials but not juch variety. Staff were lovely, helpful, close by restaurants were slightly expensive. House keeping came every morning. Swimming outdoor and indoor excellent facilities.

Wonderful stay - did not disappoint.

When we arrived, we checked in with little hassle and our room (603) had a nice view and it was very clean. There were a quantity of activities you could do, for example swimming or taking a walk around the premises. We had no problems during our stay and the convenience store was very good. If you did have a problem, it would have been quickly resolved with helpful staff and room service. It was a very nice experience that I would recommend to others. I would most definitely stay here again if I could.

We weren’t advised that some of the pool areas and the 2 slides were closed as a water park is being built! The pool area is quite shabby and run down. The residences are spacious and clean but rather dated decor wise! Location for airport is good but not really for anywhere else! There are definitely better places to staff however staff were friendly!

Fantastic room and amenities. One strange detail: booked a bedroom apartment for myself and a friend. We arrived separately (him first) then me later and they said it would be an extra charge for an additional person. I booked for two people and called to make sure we were both on the booking, so this definitely came as a surprise. It was a king bed and the apartment was massive.

The property was great, spread over20 floors and adjoining the Grand Hyatt hotel. Both properties share the gardens and the pools. If you want a restaurant there are 13 eateries in the hotel complex. If you have booked breakfast that in the main restaurant which is set in an indoor rain forest, has to be seen. The staff are very friendly and helpful, from reception to house keeping and gardening staff to the life guards. We had a 2 bedroom appartment and it was massive. Large fully equiped kitchen, large entrance hall. The lounge and dining room were huge. The table would seat around 8. The two bedrooms were big and had their own ensuites, plenty of wardrobes and drawers. We also had a thirdwash room and toilt and a seperate utility room with a washing machine and a dryer, iron and ironing board. We could see Wafi mall from the room about 10 mins slow walk away., and the Burj Kalifa on the distance. Taxis always on hand at the hotel and a metroabout 150 meyres from Wafi mall. Pharmacy on site and clinics and hospital by the metro. We would recommend staying here.
