Quickly becoming Insta-famous, the FIVE residences are expertly designed and exquisitely furnished, with high-tech functionality that transforms your holiday into the kind you write home about. The space

A luxury property containing custom-built high-end furniture and unique lighting features throughout. The living space contains a large sofa to seat more than four people with an accompanying lounge chair, a wall-mounted TV, and a dining table to seat six. Guests are treated to a fully furnished terrace with both formal seating and sun loungers. The kitchen features stunning marble countertops and splashboard with dark wood cabinetry, that comes fully equipped with all necessary appliances including a toaster, kettle, and coffee machine for your convenience.



Master Bedroom

The master bedroom offers a generous well-lit space, furnished with a premium King-sized bed dressed in top-end bedding and bedside tables with lamp lighting. Guests will have access to a wardrobe. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a plunge tub, double basins and a large walk-in shower unit, and a separate toilet unit along with well-lit mirrors and ample space for toiletries.



Second Bedroom

The second bedroom is equipped with a premium Queen-sized bed and bedding, mood lighting, and an en suite bathroom with rain shower facilities.



Guest access

As part of a luxury hotel, the guests are also awarded the same experience with access to landscaped gardens, roof terraces, swimming pools, outdoor Jacuzzis and a fully equipped gym. Guests also have the luxury of having the beach right on their doorstep!

Our properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any inquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays, and other various concierge services at an additional cost.





Other things to note

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.



Checkout cleaning fees are mandatory charges covering cleaning costs upon guests' checkout. Please note that cleaning supplies are not provided, as this is a serviced apartment, and cleaning should be arranged through our service provider only. A mandatory cleaning session is included for stays of 7 or more days, at an additional charge to keep the unit in excellent condition.

Whether you want to sail around it, sky-dive over it or take the monorail through it, The Palm Jumeirah is the perfect location for a blissful Dubai stay that boats plenty to do. It’s home to some of the most luxurious hotels in such as the infamous ‘Atlantis The Palm’ with world-famous restaurant Nobu, Aquaventure Water Park, and The Lost Chambers - an aquarium-like no other.



In the immediate vicinity, you can stroll along with Club Vista Mare – a series of seven restaurants built on a pier that stretches out over the water. Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to the Palm’s neighboring areas such as Dubai Marina and JBR. For an extra 10 minutes to your journey, you could find yourself at Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, or the trendy DIFC for Fine Dining experiences Dubai style.





Getting around

There is a monorail service that runs from Atlantis to the front Gates of the palm where you can jump on the Dubai Tram and Metro for access beyond. RTA taxis are at plenty on The Palm and Uber is widely used throughout the Emirate.
