Escape to your own private paradise at our luxury apartment with stunning panoramic sea views. Located just steps away from the beach, experience the ultimate in beachfront living. Our newly upgraded bathrooms and modern furnishings will provide you with the utmost comfort and relaxation. With a spare single bed available in the third bedroom, our apartment can easily accommodate a group or family. Come and indulge in a dream vacation at our seafront oasis.
No parties or events.
Check in is 3pm.
Guests should adhere to the community rules and respect the rights of other occupants and are obliged not to disturb them with noise, music, television or in any other way. Vandalism of any kind on the premises and in common areas is strictly prohibited. All abusive, disorderly, violent, or harassing conduct by the guest is subject to immediate eviction with no refund issued.

In the unlikely event of any damages you must inform the host immediately so it may be assessed and you will liable to pay the damages as reasonably expected.

Strictly NO SMOKING apartment. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of AED 2500 to AED 4000 for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

Family holiday

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Dubai. Well equipped, very comfortable beds and great location. The complex has a really good gym and swimming pools. Our huge thanks go to Yaseen and Nanette for their support and kindness. Hopefully we will be able to return one day.
