The room was gorgeous, well appointed, clean, and had a nice view. The only issues were that the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor creating a slipping concern, and the balcony was wonderful with nice furniture but there were a lot of mosquitoes. So we couldn’t use the balcony. All of the house keepers and the rest of the staff did an excellent job! Coffee and patisserie in the lobby was amazing, along with an outstanding buffet breakfast.

This location was nothing if not the perfect vacation spot for exploring Dubai and the mall! There were a ton of food options both in and around the hotel. This is a beautiful hotel very well located, just across the lake and within walking distance from the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai mall. We appreciated being able to see the water show in the lake every half hour right from our own private balcony. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. We were given a complimentary shuttle to the airport, which was greatly appreciated. The only issue we had was the temperature in the room. It was noticeably cold, and the climate control system only cools the room down, it doesn't warm it up. Upon waking up in the morning, I called reception about the temperature, and they kindly sent a plug in radiator to the room, which warmed it up. I wish that I had asked for the radiator to be delivered immediately after checking in. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel in a great location and I recommend it to visitors in Dubai.
