Very nice hotel. Stayed there to visit my son who is in Sports city. The walk to him was around 25 minutes. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Taxi's were easy to come by.

Amazing staff all across!

This is my go to hotel in Dubai and each time I am simply taken care of and the staff are simply amazing. Duty manager goes beyond to take care of guests. Superb hotel not because of rooms or anything like that, but the staff!!!

What I like is the location, even though it far from tourist areas but the hotel is surrounding with restaurants, cafe, pharmacy and supermarkets. Staffs were helpful and trying to help. What I don't like is check-in process takes so long; there was only one employee, and it was Eid time, which is peak time; even with online check-in, it takes a long; the hotel cleanness, I got insect bites all over my body, thanks to the receipt staff who change my room, bathroom and the room need to be cleaner, the towels smell bad, the reception area always smells like food and kitchen, the. It not easy to find Taxi in the area.. You need to use Careem App, which takes a long time

Great service

Stayed one night as it was nearby friends I was visiting. Requested early check in and received a reply the same day. On the day I did arrive super early (8.30am) and was in my room around 10.30. Complimentary tea/coffee/juices were offered while waiting for the room. I didnt catch the name of the lady who checked me in but she was fantastic, top service. Used the pool and gym, which were both good and clean. The hotel has a great view of the autodrome. On the day of check out I requested and received a later check out which was helpful as I was moving downtown. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Great location but hotel is a no

Dirty (walls, bathroom extremely dirty) needs renovation. Old towels, breastfast was not even good. Won’t come back again, this was my 2nd visit actually.
