JBR, a dazzling waterfront neighborhood, embodies the essence of beach living in Dubai. Close to Dubai Marina, set along an expansive man-made canal, it offers abundant residential options and leisure activities. Strolling along the iconic Marina Walk, lined with a vibrant mix of restaurants and cafes, makes you feel like you're on holiday. The towering skyscrapers that grace the skyline provide a breathtaking urban backdrop.
Other Things to Note:
Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check-in and meet our obligations with the Tourism Authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details through the link to the check-in form (in the confirmation email).
Your passport will only serve the following purposes:
1- notify the building security to allow you in
2- register your stay with tourism authorities
The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check-out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.
Silkhaus does not hold ownership interest in the property. The property is either managed on behalf of the Owner, in which case Silkhaus acts strictly as the disclosed agent for bookings and operations on behalf of the Owner, or leased by Silkhaus under a separate lease agreement from the Owner to provide our guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay.
