We had excellent service from the manager. Just fabulous communication all throughout our experience. The apartment itself is really well located and private. Felt safe. We had some repair issues that we need addressed while we were there. Again the management respond very well. There were other defects in the apartment that we just decided to overlook as there were quite a few. Nothing major though just annoying. For example, the shower door doesn’t close all the way and the drain is slow so water would rise over the edge of the shower spilling into the bathroom itself. So I had to mop it up every time we used the shower. Another example is several of the door knobs just came off in our hands. It looks like the screws were not long enough so the door knobs were barely in place.. But again the space felt good and we were comfortable there.
