Our standard check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Arrivals outside of these hours will incur an out-of-schedule fee of AED 200, payable at check-in.
Security Deposit:
The Security Deposit of AED 1500 is applicable for Direct Bookings only.
Payment Information:
Payments made via card or payment link for other incidentals will include a 3% bank service fee. To avoid this charge, we recommend settling any additional fees in cash.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:
Available only upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges apply.
Guest Registration:
Passport copies for all guests must be submitted prior to check-in for building management registration and to ensure a smooth arrival process.
Cleaning Services:
The cleaning fee covers check-out cleaning only. Any extra cleaning during your stay will incur additional charges.
Amenities & Supplies:
Items such as extra linens, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, and cleaning materials are not included but can be provided at an additional cost.
Towels, linens, toiletries, and coffee capsules are supplied once at the start of your stay. Additional requests will be subject to extra charges.
House Rules:
Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
Violation of this rule will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit.
