Binary Hub

"An excellent stay, and the location is within walking distance of Heuston Station, the Guinness Brewery, the airport coach pickups, the River Liffey and primary tourist attractions like Christ Church, Trinity College and St.Patrick's. I had requested an early check in, and when I arrived all was ready and the designated key available at the desk. I had the room with ensuite bathroom. The room itself is tiny - it is a student hostel, after all - but the common area for the apartments is generous, and has all the amenities (fridge, hob, toaster, microwave, TV) and a collection of utensils and cutlery. Like many places in Europe, no fan and no air-conditioning, which can make it a bit uncomfortable deign peak summer (end June / July). Staff is polite, friendly, and produces required items (towels, sheets, electric iron) readily when requested. If you're not going to hang around your room all day, and mostly require a place to sleep, this is a great choice. A little expensive for travellers from South Asia, where the exchange rate to the Euro pinches our pockets a bit - but pays for itself in lots of other little ways."

Arlington Hotel O'Connell Bridge
8/10 Good
"We love this property for the pub! It was World Cup while we were there, and it was just good vibes all around. The front desk staff and all the other staff were very professional, friendly, attentive and helpful. The buildings have dated as to be expected, but everything was clean and in working condition.. the lack of air-conditioning was a bit of an issue when we were trying to sleep, but they did have a fan in the room. Again, to be expected as Dublin is not known as being an overly hot city. The Irish breakfast down in the Arlington pub was not the best given we paid probably C$50 for two people… Overall experience but overall everything was positive and we would definitely stay here again just for the pub and the location."

The Chancery Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"What a wonderful hotel. The staff were all great - especially Gary and Artem. We were welcomed with a nice plate of treats in our room upon checking in. It took my wife the entire trip to figure out how to operate the bathroom door, which was very amusing. Very convenient to pubs, shops, restaurants, and not too far of a walk from city center. Would definitely choose the Chancery again when staying in Dublin."
