Located between the beautiful leafy suburb of Ballsbridge and the seaside coastal village Sandymount, known for its long and breezy beach, Sandymount Strand. Sandymount is a favourite spot for walks along the seafront with views across Dublin Bay. The apartment is a stone’s throw to the boutiques, restaurants, gastropubs, churches of Sandymount village.
Adjacent to several modes of public transport. Within walking distance to Lansdowne Dart station. Easy access to Port Tunnel. Easy exit from city along the canal. Close to the Aviva Stadium, the RDS and 3 Arena. Less than 30 minute walk to Grand Canal Dock/ Grafton Street/ IFSC
