This place needs a lot of work. Overall cleanliness is lacking. Listing of number of baths is incorrect. Toilet seat in lower bath is broken, no hand soap in bathrooms. No where to hang towel during shower or to dry. Place was hot and thermostat instructions was not to touch. Missing rugs and shower mats, tp holders. Lots of instructions on where to find stuff and how to use appliance missing. Construction projects half done. Mirrors and lighting missing.

Terrible. I hadn’t received any info from the host about checking in. The morning of our check in, I messaged him for instructions and it took him 7 hours to respond. Luckily one of his neighbors called the maintenance man and he instructed us on how to get it. The house was dirty. There was hair in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor. In the kitchen cabinet was old food that should have been dumped or refrigerated. The host has not responded to my me so I will be in contact with VRBO. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

This duplex is in a good location, the management team were responsive, BUT unfortunately they just didn't understand the need for: 1 glasses, I had the drink a beer from a wine glass, the only one available, and they must have run thru the neighbourhood looking for discarded items like plates, coil spring mattresses and plastic glasses, to put the bare minimum in the cabinets! Being a frequent traveller and having seen it "all" this place is not worth including in your travel plans, it is an embarrassment to VRBO standards. In fact I encourage VRBO to look at the facility! The heating system looks to me to be a fire hazard, it was so dated that none of the individual radiator controls worked, not sure the valves worked either as I am sure they had not been serviced since WWII, we did see a delivered envelop from the housing inspection department, good luck! The programmer on the heater was of 60's vintage, as an engineer I can only remember how difficult these were to program. Fortunately the weather was warm enough that the heat was not needed.The absence of mirrors in bathrooms was a minor problem given that we were a guys only group. To be fair I think that Abdul and Jube were happy to help and responsive but they just don't understand what a home needs, and that the Dollar Store doesn't supply the best kitchen tools. When you just don't get it, hire it out is my suggestion! I have many pictures but the words probably tell the story!

Pour commencer, je n'ai pas reçu de nouvelles de la part du propriétaire, nous avons dû, nous téléphoner pour avoir accès à la maison. A l'intérieur était proposé 5 salles de bain, et là une salle de bain avec une chambre et 1 salle de bain pour 3 chambre et un toilette, dans un état pitoyable, dégueulasse et je ne mâche pas mes mots, dans la salle de bain parental il y avait du sang sur la porte et les murs, la douche ne donnait pas envie de se laver, dans une chambre les draps n'étaient pas changé les sols collant, la cuisine à vomir, les fenêtres, on y voyait à peine dehors, en arrivant nous avons, nous mettre le chauffage en marche il fesait froid, mis à part la tranquillité du quartier, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hébergement au prix où nous l'avons payé.
