I'm renting my house out for St Paddy's week.
Welcome to my comfy home set in a quiet neighborhood in the docklands, a short bus ride from the city. I'm quite particular about who will stay here this week so please send me a message if you are interested and a bit about yourself.
There's an oak floor, comfy couch, a bath to soak in and fast broadband.
Minutes walk from Lidl, Aldi & cafés. Easy access to city by bus (the 151) - 4 mins walk. Tram 12 mins walk. Taxi 10 mins to city.
The space
There's a bath, shower, gas hob, electric oven, quiet neighborhood, clean, spacious with good size bedrooms and kitchen.
I buy designer furniture at auctions so the house has some very nice pieces.
Queen size bed & double bed (currently being installed.
Central location tucked away in behind the docklands. The Luas tram is 12 minutes walk. 10 minutes Taxi to the city center. Bus, tram or bicycle will get you to town quickly. There is a city bike stand around the corner it's called bleeper bike you can search it online.
For Gocar rental you'll need to sign up using your drivers license - takes 5 mins and you can drive away and see the surrounding sights such as Howth, Malahide Castle, Wicklow on a day trip for approx €8 per hour or a cheaper daily rate.
For Bleeper Bike which is beside Lidl locked to a bike stand you can rent a bike for €1 an hour or they have a daily rate and you can cycle down through the docklands and into the city. You'll need to sign up which doesn't take much time but worth it as you can cycle to the city and drop bikes off there.
Guest access
Most of the house bar one room in the attic where I keep my personal belongings.
Other things to note
I may need to drop in if the internet goes down and also check the heating.
