The welcome I received was second to none. The staff throughout the hotel were so kind and welcoming and added some lovely touches that were 'above and beyond.' I've stayed in some really good hotels this year, but this was the very best. Highly recommended.

loved the area and the hotel staff. super friendly/helpful staff and even though the hotel was in the middle of the busier area my room/the hotel was totally quiet! i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting dublin. everything in the area is walkable, i felt safe and the rooms were comfortable/clean

Would stay here again!

We loved our stay here. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. The location was great (and despite the lively street below, it was not noisy at night with the windows closed). Only complaint was the shower: it had one of those showers that seem to be trendy in hotels these days where half of it is just open to the rest of the bathroom, which just seems like terrible design. But all told, I would definitely stay here again.

I only stayed one night. The room was nice as I expected. All the staff was super super friendly! They seem to really care. Very responsive as well (they kept an item I had forgotten). I will definitely come back here next time I pass by Dublin.
