So clean, hot showers and our room had a bath tub which was so nice after a week of traveling. A perfect, relaxing and clean home base for a weary traveler. Easily walkable (about 10-15 minutes walk) to Merrion Square and St Stephen’s Green, Grafton Street, Trinity etc. Outstanding staff and the paid breakfast was very good.

Not much close by for dining. The food on the property was good though. We found a nice pub behind the property (through the back alley which was well lit, safe, and clean).
