I had a good first experience at this hotel. However I cannot saying the same for my second. I was put in a room where the pub next door’s outdoor seating area was and the shower didn’t work very well. The location is fabulous!

Only stayed one night, but I had a comfortable room and an enjoyable breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again. It is convenient to Dublin Castle and walkable to Jameson and Guinness storefront.

My wife and I only stayed one night before our departure from Dublin. The staff was friendly, the room was large, conveniently located near shops, pubs, and walkable to Temple Bar.

La estancia muy bien, el personal es muy amable, únicamente los pasillos la alfombra está un poco vieja y da el aspecto de sucio y el baño tenía ciertos detalles que había que arreglar para que no se viera fuera de lugar, pero en general todo bien!!

This hotel was clean and comfortable, however, on the first day, the elevator was out of service, there was no wifi and the TV did’t work. The manager’s response to a guest who was annoyed with the elevator outage was, oh well, not much we can do about it. Not impressed. I felt bad for anyone who couldn’t do stairs. No compensation was offered.

We understand that a lack of energy for a couple of hours can be a little inconvenience for which we are sorry. However, you were told the truth. Great location- the owners were lovely. Some people have complained of noise but if the window was shut I heard nothing and I was facing the bars! Absolutely wonderful!

This is our second time at this hotel. Location is fantastic, staff are lovely. Feels really clean and fresh. Unfortunately this time we were put in a room right beside the lift, which all we could hear all night was the lift going up and down, which meant we didn't sleep well for the 3 nights we were there.

Zimmer sehr altmodisch, Möbel sahen sehr second Hand aus. Bad kurios, Waschbecken mit 2 Wasserhähnen statt einer Mischarmatur- Wahl zwischen Heiß oder Kalt. Bin erst Nachts um 1:00 am angekommen und durfte leider nicht etwas länger im Zimmer sein

Great location, good for a weekend

Great location. It was a little run down, but we didn't spend much time at the hotel anyway. There was no power outlets next to The bed, that Kind of sucked.

Good hotel. Lacking in interior, missing chairs and inconsequent furniture (differed between the three rooms we had). Hallways smelled if cigarettes. That being said; nice personnell, well situated and clean

We were only here for our first night in Dublin but the location is unbeatable. It’s a few minutes walk away from Dublin Castle and Temple Bar and the likes. The concierge was very friendly and kind and check in was seamless.

This is a difficult review to write because we were in the hotel for 3 nights, and it was like 2 completely different experiences. The first night, we were booked into a room i call "the cell". It was small, grey, no windows, hot and stuffy, a glass bathroom door, and $140 per/night . When we complained, we were booked into a very nice room. I'm glad they accommodated us, but after reserving the room months in advance, we never should have been put there. So it's complicated. Overall, the neighborhood is great and the staff were friendly. Just make sure that they don't book you in the cell.
