“Staff were excellent, attentive and went the extra mile to make my wifes birthday special. We were checked into a great room with friendly staff. We phoned reception a couple of times for tea and coffee refills which were brought immediately, including a request for fresh milk. We were very impressed with this hotel, quality and location. We would definitely stay again.”

“Great location. Room was clean. Friendly staff. I stayed in room 33 so many stairs to climb with luggage (no lift to top floors). Definitely a room for hand luggage only so might be worth paying extra for larger room if two people staying a couple of nights. Breakfast good. Tip: Wine bar below (Cellar 22).”
