Location is amazing. Bus stop and tram stops are super close. Staffs are super friendly. Many nice restaurants are nearby. We didn’t have any issues, but the building is just outdated. Overall, great experience.

The room bore little resemblance to the website depiction. It was not very clean and things did not work/look very nice. The bar is not very welcoming or well stocked. Breakfast is well provisioned to give you a good start to the day, but is a case of juggling full plates without the space to do so and no sensible queue system. People leaning in over you for things because there is not enough room to maneouvre.
