Very unprofessional. They cancel my reservation because they allow registration from 3pm to 5 pm only. I tried to talk to them but it was a waists of time. Hotel was closed.

The property is in the industrial estate but there's the tram stop 2mins walk from the apartment. 5mins walk to a huge shopping mall with plenty of restaurants around. The communication with the front desk was impeccable. Really impressed with the apartment.

Good location with and without a car.
The apartment was well cleaned, and reasonably well stocked with essentials to make for a comfortable stay. The location is great, next to the Luas and in a good location for exploring Dublin/Wicklow when you have a car. The local area has multiple supermarkets and dining options so you never have to worry about having sufficient choice for inexpensive good quality meals. Only concern of note was that we were on a high floor apartment and security/safety was a concern. The front door had no security chain and therefore no effective way to prevent our small children from opening the door. Similarly, there was no mechanism to lock the balcony door, and most windows didn't tilt so couldn't be left open without becoming a safety concern for small children. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for couples, business travellers, and families with older children, but definitely short a few window and door restrictors where wandering small children are concerned. Minor details which could be addressed to make for a less nervy stay (in the end we had to close all but a bathroom window in warm-ish weather).

The property was quite spacious..loved the layout and has 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. This property is very near the train station..and you can reach the city centre in 20-25 minutes. There are few nice restaurants nearby. Good for families.

Would recommend
The stay was enjoyable, it had nice rooms and I loved the balconies. The receptionist was very kind. The only complaints I have was the room wasn't ready and we had to wait about 2 hours for check in. Also the boiler in the room we got was loud and came on randomly throughout the night. It also made the whole apartment hot. Other wise it was a very nice, secure building with different food options on the same street.

Located in the business district of Dublin . There are grocery stores and restaurants around the property. The check in process was smooth. Dublin city center is good 30 min drive or 45 mins in metro.

The location was perfect but the apartment was quite dusty. The blind was really dusty, top of doors and bed headstand was loaded with dust and fluff. By the end of the trip my son had issues with his breathing due to his ongoing issues linked to asthma.

Overall great except boiler issue
There was a boiler problem in my apartment and had to move to other apartment after a few days. It should have been inspected properly before check in. Besides that, everything is great. Very clean, spacious, and convenient location.

Excellent place to stay
The apartment was in excellent condition. All facilities mentioned were in good and working condition. The location is good with access to tube,LUAS with in walking distance. And good shopping options and restaurants near by.

Quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation
Quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation. I stayed here for one night as all hotels in the area were booked out but I wasn’t disappointed. It would be ideal if you were staying for a week or more. Fully equipped, kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, living room and a good bathroom. There a few restaurants close by but be aware the local shop (Londis) seems to close early (8pm) so make sure to grab any essential supplies before then as no other shops close by. Nobody on reception after 5pm but you can punch in a code to gain access to the building.

Heating broke twice -In need of major refresh
I've been using these apartments for business trips for the last 7-8 years. At the start they were clean, new and fresh, but they are showing their age now and in my opinion, in need of a major refresh. The apartment was large, very clean and was reasonably comfortable. The TV was a large LED flat screen with a reasonable choice of channels. Some channels were unwatchable due to bad quality signal. Microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and iron were all provided and in working order. The mattresses are very well used and uncomfortable. This review is one specific stay so I do have to point out that the heating failed twice during my 4 day stay with outside temperatures of 2 - 5 c. It was fixed within 3 hours each time but this did not prevent missing a morning shower becuase of lack of hot water due to fact the heating failed overnight. The kitchen was not equipped as well as other apartments with the grill pan missing and several broken/missing utensils. They leave 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 washing machine tablet for each stay no matter how long. You also get 2 toilet rolls per bathroom for each stay no matter how long or how many guests. Bathroom was clean but worn. There were serval chips in the bath and sink. Grout in the corners was discoloured and had what appeared to be the early signs of mold. Overall average but could be much better. The apartments do need a refresh.

I understand each time the problem was resolved promptly, which doesn't mean the issues was not a problem, however from time to time things will fail which are out of our control. With regards to the look of the apartments, I am surprised that as a loyal guest you have not noticed the effects of the refurbishment that took place last year. We have changed some furniture in the apartments to include new sofas and new curtains as well as smaller decorative items. We try to keep the apartments to high standards at all times. Although we only leave small quantities of basic toiletries in the apartments on arrival, we are more than happy to replenish them once you run out. Convenient and clean!
We were very comfortable in this apartment. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location is very close in proximity to the Luas line and offered several restaurants and two grocery stores nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Unusual! More like an apartment and difficult to get in past five so remember to get instructions. They upgraded us to a beautiful penthouse. Took the tram into Dublin. Not your normal hotel but great value for what you get.

Good accommodation with a few drawbacks
What we liked: - bright room, clean inside - cheerful, helpful check-in staff - easy to park - comfortable bed - good lighting - quiet - warm - spacious reception room - simple check out - good shower pressure and spacious bathroom - modern decor - location reasonably easy to reach What we did not like: - bird droppings on balcony and no table or chairs on balcony - noisy water pump for shower and all bathroom fittings - bedroom too small to take the extra bed for our daughter, so had to go in reception room - furnishing rather bare in reception room compared with website pictures - the building is in a commercial office area which is fairly dull at the weekend, although there is a convenience shop and some basic restaurants

In response to some of your comments and for future guests, we are unable to provide balcony furniture due to the climate conditions in Ireland. We try to keep up with cleaning the balconies also after birds, I am sorry we did not manage to that in your apartment before you arrived. For all future guest, our living rooms decor will be nicely finished with some new cushions, artwork, and lighting very soon. We are at the finish of our refurbishment.
