不滿：整潔度和客房舒適度
A little bit showing it’s age and therefor shabby. Bits of wood falling off in the kitchen, sofa springs at the end of their life, fuse box buzzing annoyingly, water pressure low.
But then there were things that were just poor. Poor design, thoughtless. Like TVs that are rediculously high on the wall, mirrors that are too low, shower doors so big so that its a pain to get in and out of the bath, blackout curtains that don’t actually blackout because they have been mounted poorly and let in light around the sides and top. Just sloppy and thoughtless.
The cherry on the top was the fire alarm at 10:30 pm and trip down 4 flights of stairs with a distressed baby into the cold evening air, which might just be acceptable, but when followed up with intermittent fire alarms continuing until almost 1am it’s no longer okay. No apology the next day when checking out just added insult to injury.
For the xxxx I paid for 4 nights, just not good enough really.
