Will look elsewhere next time

Information for reference: our room was about 320 Euro/night (including taxes and fees) in average. We only had one bottled water for the entire period of our stay (which was 5 days and 4 nights) and it wasn't replenished. But well, tap water is drinkable in Ireland. Then, the only window only opens to other rooms. Thus, we must keep the curtain down all the time to maintain some privacy. We cannot tell the day from the night. Besides, the toilet seat cover doesn't fit the bowl. Though the hotel is close to the exhibition centre, there are many other choices in the neighbourhood and on the other side of the river. It's not even far to walk across the Samuel Beckett bridge. I will look elsewhere for better accommodation next time.

Very modern easy check in and near Tram stop into city. Rooms comfortable abs well appointed however room service was poor, days not done one day half done. Asked for Milk refill never arrived . Needs work on that front otherwise good .

We checked in early and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Quiet location, but had to ride shares to get to most places we were visiting during our stay - not walking distance.

On check in the room was not clean, there were hairs on the toilet floor where clearly someone had shaved (previous occupant), along with this there was also a large stain on the bedsheets. We raised this with reception and was told that they’d get housekeeping to do a “full service” to clean the room. When we returned, all that had been done was the bed was made and towels had been replaced but no cleaning whatsoever. We informed reception of this and was greeted with the right words apologising but clearly no intention to rectify the problem, would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The food in the restaurant was awful. We had a phone call at 5.20am in the morning saying our breakfast was ready for 5.30am. We did not order breakfast!! The man was so rude and told me ive been charged for it. When we complained to management theh said rooms can ring each room and it must have been a prank call.... how did they know my name then!! Arrogant manager on the saturday with no sorry just full of excuses. Wouldnt stay here again!!

Hab am Vorabend zwei Taxis bestellt, beide wurden nicht bestellt, das hat mir eine halbe Stunde gekostet und einen Termin. Das Hotel ist ein "Business" Hotel, funktioniert, sauber, effizient, gut.

Room was lovely and comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Tea,coffee, milk and biscuits on tea tray. Gorgeous bathroom with lovely toiletries. Free room safe. All staff very friendly.We were attending a gig in 3Arena. So handy to get to. Luas was not running between point station and Connolly due to maintenance but there was a substitute bus which we didn’t even bother with as was a nice day for a dander into the shops. Great getting reduced parking at CCD. Would recommend.
