「Very clean. Very quiet. The cabin was as described. This place is very secluded. You have to travel 5-10 minutes on gravel roads to get there. Or 30 minutes if your gps takes you in the wrong direction ( happened twice to us!). Everything about the place itself was great.」

「This is the sweetest little lake house. Very beautiful and quiet. We need to come back when we can just sit on the deck and enjoy the space. The house had plenty of linens, coffee and some cute little gifts. The bed was very comfortable. The shower does make a loud noise when you turn it on. But nice hot water. 」

「Dog friendly, fenced yard. Nature lovers paradise. Darling property a stone’s throw from downtown Blacksburg and VT. No a/c meant windows open and the neighborhood noise was significant. Made it a bit hard to sleep. No TV. Parrots/fish on property / parrots are also loud. Owner warned us and offered to take them but I wasn’t clear about the situation, so I didn’t ask them to take them. My fault. 3 bedroom with interesting decor. 」

「Amazing location, with walking access to the river. The house is close enough to campus that you can easily get an uber to a game. This place was pet-friendly and had the cutest kitchen. All around great experience. 」

「Beautiful, well-appointed new construction close enough to VT campus for events and visiting students, but just far enough away for views and privacy. Great outdoor spaces on front and back porches, complete with a grill. Thoughtful touches everywhere from snacks and coffee to extra blankets and plush towels to razors and toothpaste, in case you forgot. And fascinating site history too. Would definitely stay again! Close to Rising Silo Brewery, Heritage Park and Gateway Trails.」

「Great property. The house was clean and thoughtfully stocked with things like coffee and necessities like kitchen trash bags and dishwasher pods. The kids loved the video games in the basement. 」

「We had a great time! The little town is great and the house was nice and spacious. We had everything we needed and the communication was top notch. It was a little cobwebby but I assume that is just because it’s a little rustic and in the country and it didn’t bother me. 」
