「The room was great and comfortable, though a bit small. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was very nice with a large soaking tub, but getting out requires some care due to the high step, and taller guests may need to bend a bit in the shower.
Overall, it was an extremely nice and comfortable stay. We enjoyed the location, as it’s close to a bus stop, eateries, and a few bars. The customer service was excellent!」

「I experienced some difficulty at check-in.
The agent at the front desk apparently was unable to pull out my reservation for more than 5 minutes. I had to show it to them on my laptop...which did not help them.
Then another agent came along and located my booking in no time.
I think they should have offered me a free breakfast for the inconvenience (but they never did).」

「I had only been in the room 5 mins when the power went out. I called the front desk and the maintenance fellow showed up within 10 mins. Although the fix took 45 mins, everyone was very helpful.
Apart from that, the room was well appointed and the amenities were great. 」
