Overall a nice place with a beautiful view. After a few issues with the WiFi and the AC, we had a good time. Everything got fixed promptly.

Lovely spacious property with amazing views

Really enjoyed our stay. It has everything you need including a brilliant a/c unit in each apartment. We brought mosquito coils with us which meant we could enjoy the large terrace in the evening and watch all the boats coming in and out of the bay. As the taxi drivers pointed out there is just one road so you do hear some traffic but not when you are inside/sleeping. As the neighbours are spaced far apart we brought a portable speaker and played our chilled music playlists on the terrace at a low level to mask the traffic which did the trick so overall location/proximity to beaches /restaurants/Dubrovnik/stunning views and plenty of space for all 5 of us made this property perfect for a relaxing family holiday.

Loved it!

Great experience. I was with three other of my friends and it was super fun. We did a at home dinner one night and watched the sunset from the top balcony at night! Great room space. Only issue was the in consistency of the hot water and some bugs. Other than that, did not affect or stay as much and loved the location. Thanks!

Can’t beat location or views! Be prepared to be eaten by the bugs!

We are a family of seven who traveled from the United States. We booked our stay knowing the quick drive to Dubrovnik. The location of this house has amazing views. You cannot beat the amazing panoramas. The street is extremely busy. The traffic does die down a bit at night but it is still noisy. Her family enjoyed dinner on the upper level terrace each night. However, the mosquitoes and bugs were unbelievable. Be prepared for many, many bug bites at night -even with bug repellent. The staff was courteous and quick to respond via WhatsApp. We thought no one had stayed at the property for awhile. There were lots of spider webs on the corners of each room and along the baseboards. New appliances (my hubby had to complete the dishwasher install) were a plus. Over all, the location, views, Zaton, ease to Dubrovnik, and walk to the beach made it a great stop on our three-week coastal Croatian vacation.
