Horrible experience

I was told when i went to the guest house that they are over booked and have two options to call your booking agent and cancel your stay or otherwise our booking agent will provide you stay somewhere else. Keep in mind it was happening after i went feom London to Dubrovnik. I tried calling hotel.com but no response, finally i asked their agent and thn they gave me a room which was 2km away. I had no option to go anywhere else finally i had to go to that room which was on the hill. Please dont play with travellers. Its the 2nd time that this happened to me once in Gran Canaria and now in Dubrovnik Croatia and both times with my booking with hotel.com

L'hôte est gentille. Cependant l'état du logement est affreux, c'est très très sale il y a des araignées partout, la salle de bain est sale et non entretenue. Canalisations bouchées, cuvette pleine de tache et évier également. Le ménage n'a pas été fait depuis des semaines. Pas d'air conditionné. Voisins très bruyants qui nous ont empêché de dormir. Quelqu'un est venu frapper à la porte à 2H du matin. Nous avons préféré réserver un hôtel et quitter le lieu 2 jours plus tôt que prévu. Ne réserver pas ici.
